Player change rooms to ensure comfort and convenience for athletes.
A referee room, offering a private space for officials.
A fully-equipped canteen to serve our visitors and athletes.
Ample storage areas for sporting clubs, keeping equipment secure and organized.
Modern public toilet amenities, including male, female, and accessible facilities to cater to everyone in our community.
Additionally, this project involved the demolition of the old amenities building to make way for this new structure. We've incorporated a covered awning area and an external concrete apron to enhance accessibility and usability.
North Ryde Community Pre School
This complex project involved detailed civil earthworks, Hazmat, environmental, communication and typical construction aspects.
A number of challenges presented themselves early on in the project, such as appropriate civil foundations within a contaminated subbase.
The solution implemented for this challenge was extensive Hazmat management and remediation of a contaminated site, which allowed the civil earthworks to be delivered smoothly.
Another challenge was working on the preschool under a live environment, to overcome this we implemented strategic planning consultation with the relevant stakeholders to deliver a successful project.
As a result of the project North Ryde community capacity for children was increased to 76 to accommodate the local demand.
The current building space received structural modification and renovated amenities integrated within the new design. The extension consisted of 5 new storerooms, laundry, staff room, therapy room, kitchen, lockers and a new 90-meter square playroom.
This project was safely delivered in under 8 months without impacting operations of the preschool with the complete build totaling over 6000-man hours of teamwork.
