The Parsonage
Boylson is proud to she the successful completion of this stunning 1800’s built historical building for the City of Ryde - The Parsonage.
This iconic property was carefully restored and upgraded, maintaining its heritage charm, inclusive of a full internal re paint, custom heritage plater molding and trims and upgraded to the building hydraulic system.
Paddington
At Boylson, we take pride in preserving the character and integrity of heritage buildings. This Paddington restoration project involved addressing extensive termite damage and lead paint contamination. Using the Peel Away System, we safely removed the hazardous lead paint. All timber framework and flooring were meticulously reinstated in accordance with the heritage consultant's instructions, ensuring the building’s timeless charm was restored with precision and care.
